Contact form. When you send a message we collect your name, email address, company, sector and any information you include. It is used solely to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage any resulting business relationship. The legal basis is the consent you give by submitting the form and, where relevant, pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Technical browsing data. The hosting server may automatically log technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time). This is inherent to any web server and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Formspree Inc. Handles the sending and initial storage of form messages, with appropriate safeguards for international transfers under the GDPR (formspree.io).
Google LLC (Google Fonts). The site loads fonts from Google's servers, which may log your IP address under their own policy (policies.google.com).
Netlify Inc. Hosting provider; may log technical access data under its terms.
Form data is kept for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, if a business relationship is established, for its duration and the applicable legal periods. You can request its deletion at any time at jfparedes@scalavita.com.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to jfparedes@scalavita.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your identity document. We will respond within one month at most. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
This website does not use its own tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only elements that may generate requests to external servers are Google Fonts (typography) and Formspree (form), described in section 3.
Web analytics may be added in the future. When that happens, this policy will be updated and a consent system will be implemented so you can accept or reject cookies before they are activated.
